Hello.

I’m Raj Arumugam.

I have been a teacher since 1977.
I taught in Singapore from 1977 to Jan 1997 and at The Kooralbyn International School, Queensland from July 1997 to June 2000.

By habit and disposition though – and this is true of all committed teachers - there are no dates to my teaching career. Also, as with many teachers, most of my life has been spent reading, thinking, experimenting, understanding, writing and teaching.

The one thing that has always been constant and lasting for me in the course of this life has been our marvellous array of world inheritance of ideas.

How wonderful it is to be a world citizen and to reach out to receive our mutual inheritance of ideas.

My understanding and enjoyment of this world has always been broadened by two fundamental ideas that have been with me in this adventure:

• that each culture is unique; and
• no one culture or system has a monopoly of wisdom or truth.

TTS is another step in education and the focus is on just two of the enormous range of our world inheritance of ideas:

• positive thinking
• the oneness of all existence.

I hope TTS will be able to offer you an independent, fair and meaningful experience
of these concepts through our workshops and books.

I invite you to reach out to your world inheritance of ideas – it is one of the greatest and lasting pleasures of the mind.
